Returns Policy
Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please let us know in writing within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for the product to be returned for inspection and processing at no cost to you.
Incorrect Orders:
If you accidentally place an incorrect order, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. Refunds will be issued once we’ve received the item in good condition at our specified return location.
Exclusions:
Noah’s Bark Pet Supplies cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items that show signs of abuse, misuse, improper handling, neglect, accidents, alterations, or tampering. Any damage resulting from these conditions will be the responsibility of the customer.
